Heather
Keefe Rivero, Research and Technology
Associate, has several years experience
providing technical assistance
to classroom teachers. In her
current role at EDC, she contributes
to the development of technology-based
professional development programs.
This includes creating and delivering
web-based and face-to-face training
modules. As a member of the Literacy
Matters project, she works to
develop online professional learning
communities centered on middle-grades
literacy.
Before
joining EDC, Heather taught visual
art and computer design to high
school and community college students.
She holds a degree in Fine Arts
from Bridgewater State College
and earned her M.Ed. in Curriculum
and Instruction from Lesley University.
